Callen M. Inman, Ph.D.

I am an evolutionary behavioral ecologist interested in how ecological conditions shape the diversity of reproductive and signaling traits that we see in nature. I hope to understand both larger patterns of trait evolution as well as the fine-scale behavioral and physiological interactions that underlie them, especially mating and predator-prey dynamics.

I am an incoming Postdoctoral Researcher in the Powell Lab at Louisiana State University- Baton Rouge. I received a Ph.D. in Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior from The University of Texas at Austin in May 2026 and a B.A. in Biology from Carleton College in 2019.
